Our Process

Stage 1
Consultation
- Meet and greet with Jay Flaskos – Director of Flascon Constructions
- Discuss specific requirements of the home
- Choose from a range of premium designs or have a custom design drawn
- Initial quote provided

Stage 2
Preliminary Works
- Preliminary contract and part deposit paid
- Prepare working drawings, structural design and associated requirements
- Complete wind, geo-technical and energy reports
- Provide formal quote and design documentation

Stage 3
Selection
- Consultation and confirmation of specific finishes i.e. colours and materials
- Consultation and confirmation of all fixtures and fittings

Stage 4
Contract
- Preparation and signing of HIA New Home Construction Contract
- Remainder balance of 5% deposit paid

Stage 5
Approvals
- Building and council approvals submitted
- Final building approval received ready to commence construction

Stage 6
Construction
- Construction begins onsite between 2-3 weeks upon receiving approvals
- Regular progress updates from Jay and Ross throughout construction phase

Stage 7
Completion & Handover
- Completion of professional clean both inside and outside of your new home
- Site levelled and cleared of all rubbish
- Presentation of your property, keys, hand over manual and final certificates with Jay and Ross

Stage 8
Maintenance
- Inspection of home 6 months after handover to ensure any settlement issues are addressed
