Our Custom Home Building Process
Consultation
We begin with a personalised consultation to understand your vision, site requirements and lifestyle needs. Whether you bring an existing design or work with us to create a custom plan, this is where we refine your ideas and provide a detailed quote to set the foundation for your build.
Contract
Once your design and inclusions are finalised, we prepare the HIA New Home Construction Contract. At this stage, a 5% deposit is paid, working drawings and engineering are completed, and all approvals are organised to move your project forward with confidence.
Selections
This is where your home starts to take shape. Together with our consultants, you'll choose your finishes, colours, cabinetry, electrical layout and fittings, ensuring every detail reflects your personal style.
Approvals
We manage the building and council approvals on your behalf. From structural design to energy reports and finance approval, we handle all requirements so construction can begin without delays.
Construction
Once approvals are in place, construction begins within 3–4 weeks. You'll meet your Site Supervisor on-site before commencement and receive regular progress updates throughout the build, ensuring transparency at every stage.
Progress Updates
We believe in clear, consistent communication. You'll stay informed with site meetings and updates as your home takes shape, giving you peace of mind and confidence in the process.
Completion
When your home is complete, we present it to you professionally cleaned and ready to move in. You'll receive your keys, certificates, and a comprehensive handover manual, ensuring a smooth transition into your new home.
Maintenance
Our service doesn't stop at handover. Six months after you've moved in, we conduct a maintenance inspection to address any settlement issues and make sure everything is performing as it should.
