Once your design and inclusions are finalised, we prepare the HIA New Home Construction Contract. At this stage, a 5% deposit is paid, working drawings and engineering are completed, and all approvals are organised to move your project forward with confidence.

When your home is complete, we present it to you professionally cleaned and ready to move in. You’ll receive your keys, certificates, and a comprehensive handover manual, ensuring a smooth transition into your new home.
