Our new home has just been completed and we are extraordinarily happy with the end result. "Look no further" that's what I would say to the new home builders. And this is pretty much what happened to us since Jay and I had my first long constructive conversation in response to my web inquiry. From that point onwards we never looked back or had a second thought in mind because it was so easy to deal with him. Things just kept rolling since then without any hold-ups and one could imagine this is only possible when you feel comfortable and receives prompt responses even if occasionally we felt it might be a dumb question. Jay and Ross are truly professionals and experts in the construction industry so as Courtney helped a lot in selections and keeping things neat and tidy. A very collaborative, passionate team with customer satisfaction is top on the list. This was very well seen and received throughout the build process in the form of one on one on-site meetings, accommodating changes to the original design, expert opinions, effective engagement, and simple checks asking "are you happy?" We had a very satisfying experience working with FCG team. The build is an exact replica of what was in the plans with a quality finish. The team delivered to their brand promise "bespoke luxury home builder".

My wife and I took on the daunting task of building our own bespoke home, however the reality was very far from daunting as the Flascon team made the process so incredibly easy for us. From the very start Jay gave us expectations in timing and what to expect throughout the project, everything was mapped out for us and apart from controlling our excitement and anticipation, we just had to enjoy the ride. The whole team from the office to the guys onsite were great in providing advice throughout, at times making decisions on certain design aspects can be difficult but with experienced and knowledgeable experts at Flascon on hand we were able to get ideas and recommendations to assist us along the way. The workmanship and trades that were employed on the project was to a very high standard, there were no shortcuts, and everything has been finished to the highest standard. One thing that I noticed throughout the project was that Jay and Michael never compromised on their high standards for quality and delivering a product they were happy to put their name to. Post-handover the great communication has continued to ensure we are happy are not in need of any assistance, this brings a lot of comfort to an owner in making such a large investment. I would like to thank Jay and the team at Flascon Construction Group for all their hard work and for delivering a great result, a seriously impressive house that they should be proud of helping to create.
