Nicholson House is a two-storey Hamptons-style home in Greenslopes, finished in navy weatherboard with crisp white trim, gable detailing and a front balcony set above the double garage. A white picket fence frames the street frontage.
Inside, herringbone oak floors run through the open-plan living areas and kitchen. The kitchen pairs white shaker cabinetry with a stone island, black subway tile splashback, double wall ovens and lantern pendants, with a butler’s pantry tucked behind. The white staircase with timber treads sits beside a recessed ceiling with concealed lighting, and a glass globe chandelier lights the stairwell.
Upstairs, the main bedroom opens to a covered balcony with views to the Brisbane city skyline. The bathrooms are finished in large-format grey stone tiles, with a freestanding bath, a double vanity with vessel basins and matte black tapware. Out the back, a covered alfresco looks over the pool and lawn.
